Tahini: The most Healthy and Energetic Food

Tahini is 100% ground sesame seeds and thus preserves in full all the beneficial ingredients of this valuable seed. It is a food of plant origin, which is particularly rich in protein, antioxidants but also polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are essential in our daily diet.

 

Thanks to its composition and in the context of a balanced diet, it can contribute to the intake of protein, vitamins B, calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Prevents osteoporosis, protects the heart, strengthens the nervous system and fortifies the body. In short, a small amount on a daily basis does good to the body.

Sesame has many nutritional properties, proteins of high biological value and many vitamins (B1, B2, E, niacin), especially useful for sensitive age groups, such as children. Compared to other sweets such as chocolate and its derivatives, tahini is superior because it contains little saturated fat.

It is rich in calcium (for the prevention of osteoporosis), iron (for physical and mental well-being), potassium and zinc (to increase the defense of the body), phosphorus, magnesium (it acts soothing, sedative, reduces headaches and migraines ), manganese and selenium (they have a strong antioxidant effect as they fight the roots), copper (to reduce joint pain) and are a good source of phytosterols and lignans (sesamolin, sesamoline) that act as antioxidants, detoxifying agents and pharmaceuticals th hysterectomy and hypertension) in the body.
